Important notice

These terms operate alongside applicable South African consumer-protection, privacy and other laws. Nothing in them removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Product purchases and participation in the GSPOT network may also be subject to additional published policies.

Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the GSPOT website, creating an account, placing an order, or registering as a customer or distributor, you acknowledge these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with the conditions that apply to the services you use.

If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the relevant services. You are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring that you are legally entitled to enter into the relevant transaction or agreement.

Additional product, promotional, distributor or compensation plan rules may apply where they are properly communicated. Where terms conflict, applicable law takes precedence.

Section 02

Products, Orders and Payments

GSPOT offers products through its online store, including women's wellness products, men's wellness products and branded merchandise. Product descriptions, available variations, prices and other relevant details are displayed on the applicable product pages.

All prices are displayed in South African rand (ZAR), unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices, product availability and applicable delivery charges should be reviewed before an order is confirmed. Any applicable charges must be disclosed as required by law.

Orders are subject to product availability, successful payment where required, and any applicable order confirmation process. An attempted payment or an order submission does not necessarily establish that payment has been received or that an order has been accepted.

Payments must be made through the payment methods made available at checkout. Payment processing may involve independent payment providers, whose systems and applicable terms may also apply.

If a displayed price, product description or order detail appears incorrect, GSPOT may need to investigate and contact the customer to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this section permits unlawful refusal to honour a transaction.

Section 03

Customer and Distributor Accounts

Customers and distributors must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering or updating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account, subject to applicable law.

Distributor registration may require additional information to establish eligibility, maintain account records, prevent fraud, administer the network, or comply with legal and operational requirements. Any identity or other verification requirements must be applied in accordance with applicable law.

Registering as a distributor does not, by itself, guarantee commissions, rank advancement, bonuses, salary payments or other rewards. Eligibility depends on the applicable compensation plan, qualification criteria and verified account activity.

You must not create accounts using another person's identity, submit false registration information, or misrepresent your status within the GSPOT network.

Section 04

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact GSPOT through its official support channel as soon as reasonably possible. Requests are subject to the order's status, applicable published policies and South African law.

An order may already be in preparation, dispatched or otherwise in progress when a request is received. GSPOT will explain the available options based on the circumstances and any applicable legal obligations.

Order changes, cancellations and any related charges must be handled in accordance with the terms disclosed to the customer and applicable law. Nothing here overrides a cancellation or other right provided by law.

Distributor registration and participation are separate from individual product orders. Requests to close a distributor account or withdraw from the network should be submitted through the official support channel and will be handled under the applicable distributor terms.

Section 05

Returns and Refunds

Return, exchange and refund requests are assessed according to the circumstances of the transaction, the applicable GSPOT returns policy and South African consumer law. Customers should provide their order reference and a clear description of the issue when contacting support.

If a product is damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise does not comply with the applicable legal requirements, customers should contact GSPOT promptly so that the issue can be assessed and an appropriate remedy determined.

Some wellness products may be subject to specific hygiene, safety or packaging considerations. Such considerations will not be used to remove any return, refund, replacement or other remedy that a customer is entitled to under applicable law.

Where a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method where practicable. Processing and settlement times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution. Any applicable timeframe will be communicated during the refund process where possible.

A refund request does not automatically guarantee approval. Decisions will be based on the relevant facts, applicable policy and law. Nothing in this section excludes mandatory consumer rights.

Section 06

Customer and Distributor Responsibilities

Customers and distributors must act honestly, provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws, product instructions and GSPOT policies.

Distributors are expected to represent GSPOT and its products accurately. You must not make misleading statements about product benefits, guaranteed earnings, compensation, rank advancement or the financial results another person may achieve.

Participation in the network must not involve harassment, coercion, deceptive recruitment, fraudulent transactions, misleading advertising or pressure on people to purchase products or join the business.

Distributors must explain the business opportunity honestly and must not represent illustrative commission calculations as guaranteed income. Personal results may vary according to individual activity, sales, qualification and other applicable plan conditions.

Customers and distributors are also responsible for using their accounts lawfully, protecting account credentials and respecting the personal information of other users.

Section 07

Privacy and Personal Information

GSPOT may collect and process personal information to register and manage accounts, process orders and payments, arrange delivery, provide customer support, administer distributor accounts, calculate eligible commissions, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Depending on the service used, information may include contact details, account information, transaction records, delivery details and relevant distributor activity. Information requested for a particular purpose should be reasonably related to that purpose or otherwise lawfully processed.

Personal information may be shared with service providers where necessary, including payment processors, delivery providers, technology providers and professional advisers. Information may also be disclosed where required or permitted by law.

GSPOT's handling of personal information is subject to applicable privacy legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), where applicable. Please consult the GSPOT privacy notice for further details about collection, use, sharing and your available rights.

Section 08

Data Security and Retention

GSPOT uses reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure. Access to personal information should be limited to authorized persons who require it for legitimate business or legal purposes.

Account, transaction and distributor records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, the administration of the business, dispute resolution, security and applicable record-keeping obligations.

Where personal information is no longer lawfully required, it should be deleted, destroyed, de-identified or otherwise handled as permitted or required by applicable law.

No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers and distributors should use strong passwords, keep their credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access through the official support channel.

Section 09

Product Use and Delivery

Customers should review product descriptions, ingredients, package contents, variations and usage instructions before purchasing. Product images are provided for illustration and may not always reproduce exact colours or appearance across different screens.

GSPOT wellness products are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Product descriptions should not be interpreted as a guarantee of a particular health outcome. Follow the supplied instructions and discontinue use if an adverse reaction occurs.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical concern, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before using a wellness product where appropriate. Check the ingredients and suitability of the product before use.

Delivery availability, charges and estimated delivery times depend on the options presented during checkout and the relevant delivery arrangements. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Customers should provide complete and accurate delivery details.

Delivery may be handled by an independent courier or other service provider. GSPOT will address delivery enquiries within its role and applicable obligations. The use of a third-party provider does not remove any rights or responsibilities imposed by law.

Section 10

Liability and Consumer Rights

GSPOT aims to provide accurate product information, reliable account services and a functional online shopping experience. However, temporary interruptions, technical errors and delays may occur.

To the extent permitted by law, GSPOT is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control or by independent third parties where such losses are not legally attributable to GSPOT.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful. Nothing here removes any rights a consumer may have under the Consumer Protection Act, applicable electronic communications legislation or other relevant law.

Users may be responsible for losses directly caused by proven fraud, unlawful conduct or a material breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Section 11

Product and Plan Availability

Products may become unavailable, and product ranges, variations, pricing or descriptions may change over time. GSPOT will communicate material changes affecting an existing order as reasonably necessary and in accordance with applicable law.

The distributor compensation plan may contain eligibility rules, personal volume requirements, commission percentages, rank qualifications, bonuses, incentives and other conditions. The applicable published plan and its current configuration should be consulted for the details relevant to a distributor's account.

Commission examples and rank illustrations are provided to explain how a plan may work. They are not promises of earnings. Actual commissions and rewards depend on the applicable rules, qualifying activity, eligible business volume and satisfaction of the relevant conditions.

GSPOT may update its products, website, operational procedures and compensation plan as permitted by applicable agreements and law. Any applicable notice, transition requirements or protections will be respected.

Access to the platform or registration as a distributor does not guarantee a salary, bonus, vehicle, device, promotion or other incentive. Any such reward is subject to the relevant published eligibility requirements and applicable conditions.

Section 12

Misuse and Account Restrictions

Users must not interfere with website operations, bypass security controls, access accounts without authorization, submit fraudulent information or misuse information belonging to other users.

Distributors must not manipulate orders, misrepresent sales or qualification activity, make unauthorized compensation promises, or use deceptive practices to recruit customers or distributors.

Where reasonably necessary to protect users, the business or its systems, GSPOT may investigate suspected misuse and restrict or suspend affected account functions. Any action will be subject to applicable agreements, appropriate procedures and legal requirements.

Where appropriate, users may be given notice of an issue and an opportunity to respond or resolve it, unless doing so would be unsafe, impractical or unlawful.

Section 13

Complaints and Disputes

If you experience an issue involving a product, order, payment, delivery, account, distributor activity or compensation calculation, contact GSPOT through its official support channel.

Include your order or account reference where available, explain the issue clearly and provide relevant supporting information. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information through unsecured channels.

GSPOT will make reasonable efforts to review complaints and respond appropriately. The time required to resolve an issue may depend on its nature and whether information from a payment provider, courier or another party is required.

Nothing in these terms prevents a customer or distributor from approaching a competent regulator, consumer body or court where legally entitled to do so.

Section 14

Changes to These Terms

GSPOT may update these terms to reflect changes in its products, platform, operations, business arrangements or legal requirements. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.

Changes will take effect as permitted by law. Where required, material changes affecting existing customers, transactions or distributor arrangements will be communicated through an appropriate channel.

Users should review this page periodically. Any rights that cannot lawfully be removed or restricted remain unaffected by an update to these terms.

Section 15

Contact GSPOT

For questions about these terms, product information, orders, deliveries, returns, refunds or customer accounts, please use the official contact or support details published on the GSPOT platform.

Distributors with questions about account status, qualification requirements, commissions, rank progression or incentives should use the designated distributor support channel and include relevant account details.

For privacy-related enquiries or requests concerning personal information, please consult the GSPOT privacy notice for the appropriate contact details.
